We are happy to work with you on payment arrangements for your dental care.  Payment is expected at the time of service unless previous arrangements have been made.  If you are covered by dental insurance, your co-pay is due at the time of service.

For patients who are covered by a dental insurance plan, we will be happy to bill your insurance company for you.  However, you are responsible for all charges not paid by your insurance.  

We are participating providers for Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Dentemax Insurances.  We will do our best to see that your dental benefits provided by your employer are maximized to the fullest.
